The value for this B&B was exceptional. We enjoyed a spacious room with a balcony, adding an extra touch to our stay. The direct bus to Venice made exploring the city convenient. The breakfast cafe, just 400m away, provided a simple but satisfying start to the day.

I had a fantastic stay at a B&B in Mestre. The location was superb, as it was really close to the bus station on the road to Venice. Additionally, it was very close to the Mestre train station, making it convenient for transportation. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious and clean bedroom that had two double beds and an extra sofa bed. The bathroom was also large and spotless, with the added bonus of a washing machine. The breakfast, served in a nearby coffee shop, was delicious, with a fresh croissant and a cappuccino to start the day. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing us with useful tips on transportation.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, although at a busy roundabout, is very central and convenient for accessing nearby bus stops to Venice. The rooms on the 5th floor, equipped with a balcony and air conditioning, provide a comfortable stay.
All was well, no room for improvement.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our visit to Venice. It was very close to the bus stop, just a short walk away, making our trips to Venice quick and convenient. We also appreciated being near the Mestre train station, which made it easy for us to explore other parts of the region. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, giving us a good start to our mornings.
We did encounter a language barrier with the staff, which made communication somewhat difficult at times.
